No stains on 'clean water' pub.
For more years than they can remember clients of the Gold Coast hinterland Advancetown Hotel and Motel got coloured liquid out of the glass as well as out of the tap!The beer and the water tasted fine, but the Hotel knew the time would come when their only water supply, from the local creek a kilometre away, would have to be cleaned up.
The creek water, tannin stained and with the occasional leaf or twig, was used throughout the Hotel/Motel - in the bar, in the kitchen, in the laundries, in the accommodation units and in all the toilets.
Owners, the Nerang RSL, asked H2O Pure Plus to intervene. They wanted to keep their water natural and chemical free and they wanted it to look like real potable water - clear and stain-free.
Now the spear pump at the creek delivers water to a separator tank - to eliminate the twigs and leaves - before the water gravity feeds through the H2O Pure Plus natural treatment system where bacteria and stain disappears.
The clean water is then pumped to a 22,500 litre holding tank, ready for use throughout the Hotel/Motel.
The H20 Pure Plus system is geared to handle a flow rate of 200,000 litres a day, more than enough for all water demand throughout the Hotel/Motel.
So pleased with the results the RSL now want H2O Pure Plus to tackle their extensive septic and grey water waste infrastructure in order to make the Advancetown Hotel/Motel the most advanced sustainable building in Australia.
